R4 STYLE PODCAST

Research & Reflection

The R4 Style Podcast is still taking shape.

Rather than rushing toward a format simply because podcasts are expected to launch quickly, I am allowing this project to remain in a period of research, listening, and reflection.

The goal is to create thoughtful conversations about life’s crossings: how people navigate significant change, what recovery and resilience look like in real life, and what it means to continue becoming.

The Four R’s—Rock Bottom, Recovery, Resilience, and Reinvention—will offer a framework for those conversations without asking every guest or story to fit the same pattern.

This stage of development is part of the work.

Not every signal means go.

Updates will be shared as the project evolves.
