Life doesn't pause while we figure it out.
It keeps moving, inviting us to notice, question, learn, and grow along the way.
Notes from the Crosswalk is where I share those reflections.
Some begin with a conversation. Others with a walk, a memory, a difficult season, or a quiet realization that changes the way I see the world. They aren't written because I have all the answers. They're written because I've learned that asking honest questions is often where growth begins.
The themes are familiar to anyone who has experienced change—resilience, recovery, aging, purpose, grief, gratitude, identity, hope, and the ongoing work of becoming. While many reflections are drawn from my own experiences, my hope is that you recognize pieces of your own story within them.
I don't publish on a fixed schedule. I write when something feels genuine, when experience has settled into perspective, and when I believe there's something worth sharing.
If one reflection encourages you to pause, see your own journey differently, or take one more step forward, then it has done exactly what I hoped it would do.
The crossing continues.
I hope you'll continue walking with me.
