Every audience brings its own story.
Some people are navigating organizational change. Others are rebuilding after personal or professional disruption. Many are simply searching for better language to talk about uncertainty, recovery, resilience, identity, aging, purpose, and change.
My presentations draw from lived experience, the R4 Style framework, and the themes explored throughout The Crossing Trilogy.
I do not present my story as a formula.
Instead, I use it to open a larger conversation.
Speaking topics can include navigating life after significant change, recovery beyond crisis, resilience without pretending everything is fine, reinvention and aging, identity and purpose, lived-experience storytelling, LGBTQ+ aging and belonging, and the curb-crosswalk-other-side metaphor behind R4 Style.
Formats may include keynotes, moderated conversations, panels, workshops, book discussions, podcasts, community programs, and other settings where thoughtful dialogue is appropriate.
The goal is not to provide easy answers.
It is to create space where people can recognize something of their own experience, hear other perspectives, and consider what movement might look like from where they are.
If you are considering R4 Style for an event, share your audience, proposed date, location or online format, and the conversation you hope to create.
