Speaking

Conversations That Continue the Crossing

The most meaningful conversations rarely begin with easy answers.

They begin with honest questions.

Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of speaking with audiences about resilience, long-term HIV survival, addiction and recovery, aging, disability, life transitions, and the ongoing process of rebuilding after disruption. While the subjects may differ, they all return to one central truth:

Every meaningful change begins with a crossing.

My presentations combine personal storytelling with the R4 Style Framework, offering audiences a way to think differently about change, resilience, and the possibility of beginning again. Rather than focusing on what we've lost, I invite people to consider what can still be built.

Whether I'm speaking with healthcare professionals, recovery communities, older adults, nonprofits, educational organizations, or leadership groups, my goal is always the same—to create a conversation that is authentic, thoughtful, and relevant to the people in the room.

I don't speak as someone who has life's answers.

I speak as someone who has spent decades living its questions.

If my story or the R4 Style Framework would be meaningful for your organization, conference, community, or event, I'd be honored to continue the conversation.

Because while every audience is different, every audience understands what it means for life to change direction.

And that's where the crossing begins.
