The title holds two realities together.
Still Here acknowledges endurance, survival, and presence.
Still Becoming recognizes that growth has not ended.
Later life brings changes of its own. Bodies change. Roles shift. Careers end. Relationships evolve. People we love leave us. Expectations are reconsidered.
But aging is not simply a story of loss.
There is still room for curiosity, contribution, connection, change, and discovery.
Reinvention does not belong only to youth or dramatic new beginnings. Sometimes it appears quietly in how we use our time, whom we choose to be around, what we contribute, what we release, and what we finally allow ourselves to become.
